SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped by An Post standard shipping.

Items will be shipped within three to five working days of order.

In the interest of protecting our environment and to keep shipping costs down, I recycle packing materials as much as possible. Your piece will be protected with bubble wrap or honeycomb paper in a cardboard box which will be filled with recycled newspaper to cushion the piece and prevent it from moving around.

Claire Molloy cannot be responsible for delays within the postal system. Please order in plenty of time if the item is needed for a particular date.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Claire Molloy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. (tariffs, taxes, etc.) Claire Molloy is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returned Packages

​

Claire Molloy is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to customer absence, errors in shipping address or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Claire Molloy you are still responsible for all original shipping charges. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Online Purchases – For items deemed faulty or damaged:

If an item arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the broken piece, along with a picture of the box it arrived in, within 2 days of delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
All items broken or damaged during shipping/delivery will be replaced at no additional costs.
If the piece is a unique one/off piece and we are unable to replicate it then we will be happy to offer an alternative piece to the same value or a full refund.
